Warranty

> What is covered

This warranty covers the original owner only, all defects in material or workmanship in any regulator sold by SCORKL

> What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure or loss, or cosmetic damage caused by:

  • wear and/or tear
  • failure to perform normal maintenance
  • accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering or improper maintenance
  • failure to read, understand and follow the instructions and precautions outlined in our User’s Manual by ANY user
  • regulator locked to cylinder from corrosion due to improper cleaning 

    > For how long

    One year limited warranty coverage for individual recreational use and six month limited warranty coverage for high-frequency commercial/professional use.

    > What SCORKL will do to correct defects

    Within the warranty period, SCORKL will, at its option, either repair or replace (with the same or equivalent product) the defective in warranty product, part or accessory. Shipping and handling charges (both receiving and sending) are not covered by warranty. The product must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase for warranty service. As a matter of warranty policy, SCORKL will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.

    > No liability for incidental or consequential damages

    Repair or replacement of defective products, parts or accessories specified above are your sole remedy under this warranty and in NO EVENT SHALL SCORKL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    By purchasing this product it is agreed and understood that in no event will SCORKL, its distributors, or retailers, be held liable for any personal injuries resulting from operation of the SCORKL, or for any other damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential even if SCORKL has been advised of such damages.
    This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

    The above warranty applies to SCORKL products sold worldwide.
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

    Returns

    > Refunds and returns

    For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on any SCORKL items that have been delivered to our customers. We uphold this policy to eliminate the possibility of sanitary contagion, or tampering, with our inventory.
    We will of course be very happy to refund your purchase if you request that it be cancelled prior to delivery commencing. Please contact us at support@scorkl.com to make this request.

    > Late or missing refunds

    You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order as soon as we action your cancellation request. If you have not received a confirmation email please send an email to support@scorkl.com to confirm your request.
    Your refund may take up to five business days to land in your account. If you have not received the funds after that period please feel free to contact us at support@scorkl.com so that we can investigate.

    > Exchanges (if applicable)

    For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns for exchanges on any SCORKL items that have been delivered to our customers. We uphold this policy to eliminate the possibility of sanitary contagion, or tampering, with our inventory.
    You may, however, amend your order prior to it being delivered so long as it has not been shipped out already.
